Welcome to 3D Leadership Coaching! As the owner and director of this transformative venture, I bring 35 years of experience working within and leading diverse teams and organizations. As a leadership coach and keynote speaker, my journey in leadership has been fueled by a passion for unlocking potential, guiding growth, and empowering workplaces to achieve their full potential. With three Master’s degrees in Leading and Managing Organisations, Project Management, and Professional Research, I offer a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and personal leadership learnings. My principle, 'anyone can lead because anyone can serve,' embodies my belief in the power of service-oriented leadership to drive professional development and organizational enhancement.
My Story
My story is one of dedication to personal and professional growth and authentic leadership. Over the past 35 years, I've navigated both government and private sectors, with 20 years in senior and executive leadership roles. My experience spans various fields, allowing me to develop a comprehensive approach to leadership coaching. I currently call Queensland, Australia home, where I continue to inspire and guide individuals and organizations through tailored coaching programs. Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate runner and a three-time marathon winner, a pursuit that has taught me the importance of commitment, resilience and perseverance. Through 3D Leadership Coaching, my goal is to collaborate with clients, helping them discover, develop, and deliver their leadership potential, ultimately making a positive impact on their communities and beyond.
My mission is to work in partnership with individuals and organisations to explore all aspects of their personal and professional leadership growth to maximise leadership impact and positively influence workplace culture.
